We've ordered online twice now and both times the order has been delayed, saying it'll be an additional 10-15 minutes. What's weird about that is when people walk in and order, they're quoted 10-15 min. And what's even more weird is both times, the person at the register couldn't find the ticket for our order, pulled out their phone and then realized they had an online order 🤔. Seems like they just didn't check their online orders .... Super frustrating when we have 2 kids under 2 in the car screaming. We'll be going to village teriyaki which is always prompt.

Best Teriyaki around! The gyoza sauce is magical and the Yakisoba is fantastic. My belly is happy every time! Also the staff is so friendly. Thank you.

They have fantastic food and fantastic service. The meat is always cooked but not dry, and the sauce is on the thicker side, which I prefer. And they always ask if I need silverware, which I really appreciate since I always forget when I'm running out the door with my food!

My visits are usually really good but quite disappointed today. The katsu itself wasn’t really seasoned and seemed either refried or overcooked. I also got the chicken tempura combo and would have been good to separate the tempura from chicken teriyaki because tempura pieces had teriyaki sauce which altered taste. The tempura batter was too thick.
I’ll go back - hoping today was a fluke.
